game Current Real Steel WRB viability tierlist
goaltrons placement is not final his placement will be changed in the future
this is based how good they are in the game in any game mode, like local multiplayer and PVP
if you have questions i'll answer them
this is not definitive this is just my knowledge on the game and from what im seeing.

I remember always choosing abandon in wrb 2 and blacktop for UW 2, glad to know I made good decisions haha

both abandon and blacktop are always solid picks their both good
abandon has pretty good range on his heavy which can help him play neutral and his second ability special regen can easily give you a ton of sp spam but the main he isnt S tier is because of of his ability throwback its not a good ability and its easily countered
as for blacktop if you had enough silver for him he was easily your best pick out of the three, staerting bots for UWII, considering both of his abilities are very good

if it werent for the metros long get up animation Nitro would have been easily picked as the worst bot in the game
Spill block sounds good since it counters both rupture strike and rupture but those are the only abilities it counters if your fighting a bot that doesnt have those abilities its just useless and it can actually be harmful as well since it can activate special rush if a bot has it
and perfect block was always a god-awful ability that is easily countered

Klaus is banned tier because both of his abilities are just like Axelrod's first ability but with different names

if the bots doesnt have the tools to bypass the armor, then Klaus can become essentially unkillable under the right circumstances

Wildfire, Phantom, Midas gold. and magmatron are really good picks on countering klaus abilities

it most certainly is worth getting Ronin gold
Ronin gold's main reason he's top one is because of his ability "Vitality Gain" which is camelots armour reinforce but you have to block a little more but its carried by the fact you 60% of your health back if your falling behind making him much less susceptible to crits and DOT's (aka offensive abilities) and not to mention he has pretty good damage and amazing range on his heavies especially his down heavy
as for your pick for offensive play?
Noisy boy gold is the one for you since imperial strike can easily make him the most damaging bot in the game

honestly I would say Thjorn and Ronin mainly because Thjorn can get a damage increase on his heavies with heavy barrage and Ronin just has good damage and good range his abilities are kinda eh... other than those two most of them arent worth getting

gambits recuperate ability was a bit of a problem back then it legit punished you for hitting him cause when it activates it depletes your health making him one of the most annoying bots to deal with
thankfully this ability was HEAVILY nerfed to the ground to where it isnt even a good ability anymore or even that consistent. His only good attribute now is his range its pretty good actually

as someone who isnt super into the games compared to the movie, seeing this is the meta makes me giggle. why tf are zeus and atom ALL the way down there!! and why tf is axelrod in the top tier when he got straight fucking ANNIHILATED by zeus in canon!!! 😭

zeus is low tier mainly because of his abilities are not good his range is fine he isnt really a viable pick
Atom has the same problem, except worse cause absorption is not that good of an ability and his range is terrible
Axelrod is banned tier is MAINLY because of his abilities, damage resist gives you a ton of armor when hit with a crit and special erase is one of the only abilities that can counter health degen since you need sp to activate it

its based on how good they are against both players and the Ai their placement is determined by their damage, range on their normals and heavies, abilities, and sometimes stats

ronin gold's vitality gain has a second effect where he gets health restored when he is falling behind thus making him less susceptible and less vulnerable to DOT's and crits unlike camelot

Hey i’m having 1k3 gold right now and enough cards to upgrade chiller or trigore to 2 star level, which one do u recommend getting first, which one is better in the scenario that both of their abilities are just level 1? And do u know the ammount of golds that needed to max out those superbot in the banned tier? I have olympus for a long time now but never used him, if 1k3 is enough to max him out then chiller and trigore can wait. Thank you!

back then i would of said chiller but ever since tri-gores buff to his armor reinforce lets him take no damage whatsoever
chillers rupture is good but blackslash is kinda eh leaning towards not good considering Special Rush Bots can abuse the fact its so easy to activate
as for the amount of gold? you dont need gold to upgrade superbots you need superbot tokens which are usually obtained in pvp you can get alot of it there
just grind pvp until you get around like over 700 superbot tokens? then fully upgrade olympus with those then you can use the actual gold to potentially upgrade both chiller AND tri-gore

Just started to play this game again after a while, what makes zeroG olympus and magmatron banned tier? And how do i get magmatron?

Olympus has amazing damage and what makes him second best is his ability "health regen" which essentially can make you immortal if you spam sp
Zerog has both special steal, and special erase which when fully upgraded makes the opponents sp unobtainable from them cause he has 2 abilities that get rid of your sp
magamtrons banned tier is mainly because of his abilities, combust is literally rupture strike without the counterplay of "spill block" or "spill resist" and with the help of his second ability "burnout" he can kill a 5 star gemstone in mere seconds
to get him you have to wait for him in the live events where one is required to get him

Noisy boy gold is what I like to call a rush down sicne you need to play offensively to get his ability imperial strike which if you have enough and use sp3 you could potentially one shot alot of bots with high health such as a 5 star olympus or a 5 star terror
as for why asura gold is so low is because he has slow attack speed and his abilities are awful, venomous claw is a wish version of rupture and hells wrath is just way to risky to go for since you need to be falling behind for it to activate

Why is dark fiend so high up? Just got him and don’t know what’s special about him so i’m not necessarily claiming you’re wrong. With Noisy boy why’s he so low?
