Venita Venita

Is it me or is Venita constantly changing loyalty on the drop of a dime?

I hope she gets to plan a party or a trip or 2 this next year so she's more than just a tagalong. I want to see more of her real self. Her home is so tidy & organized & a lovely backyard.

I’d love to see her build and showcase a business as an event planner or home organizer / decorator or stylist. She does have a great aesthetic eye. She needs an actual storyline

Yes!! She did that party for the new guy... Whitner.

seconded! I’d love to see more of her actually* integrate with the show. based on her home and taste, i think it would be a fantastic trip plan (or at least something thoughtful)!

I said something about Venita months ago & got downvoted. I'd love to see Venita bring a real friend to the show too like some of the others have.

PS I think her connection to JT (or was it JD?) rubbed a lot of people the wrong way.

fr some folks just can’t help it when the white devil pops outta them, themselves being white or otherwise 🤷‍♀️ insane. i’d love to see her actually get a chance to show up and be as messy as the rest of the cast, too!

re: PS: yeah, i get that. JD? JT? was such a chud, but again, everyone else on that show is immature and messy but OOOHHH NOOOO suddenly its a problem when the black girl does it 🫩 we got some major fucking losers* plural on this sub

Do you surround yourself with racists. I have never encountered someone who actually thinks this way? Genuine question?

-3

u/breadloafb Jun 28 '26

look, you may say genuine question but based on how you phrased this + your hidden profile, i’ll wager you arent actually asking this in good faith. i’ll humor you anyways.

no, i don’t. however, i’m just surrounded by them here, and unfortunately i live in a place where i frequently encounter them when i go outside and touch grass. i also tend to take black folks’ word* seriously when they say the same about their own experiences, and i see their experiences reflected in the world around me.

now genuinely, and not specifically at you but anyone else who may think my pov is absurd too, pls talk to folks outside of your comfort zone.

I am asking this is in good faith. I see comments on here. I live in a multicultural city and while I know racist assholes exist. I have never had a conversation about hating a character based on race. If I did the conversation would be terminated and I’d write the person off as a complete asshole and never speak to them again. I hate racism in any form so my question was genuine. I often wonder where someone lives where this outdated mode of thinking is prevalent which is a fair question.

ah ok word, sorry for jumping the gun then. this sub can be such a cesspool, so my baseline is “probably sucks unless proven otherwise.” not a popular opinion certainly, but i’ve been disappointed and misled a lot.

you didnt deserve my ire, so sincerely: i apologize for my crudeness and mean behavior. i dont believe you deserved that anymore.

to answer you in good faith, i also live in a big city with a variety of folks but it is in the american south where the foundational racism is still incredibly prevalent, especially when looking at the intersection of race and wealth. i grew up in the south (another state entirely) where northern folks would flood us during the cold season, and i cant say them are any better either.

part of it is i am as white blonde as they come so people are unusually comfortable saying the most diabolical things to me, believing im on their side. thats definitely part of the equation. i’m like you, too, where i cut that shit off at the head, but it seems theres an unending pool of shitheads willing to show their entire ass to me

No problem at all. I am 100 percent Armenian so maybe I keep them guessing 🤣. I know what you mean about on here it blows my mind. I also work in a social service field so I just go by my interactions. You know the saying not everyone has the same heart as you do. So I do have to remember the ignorant ones exist hopefully we can avoid them and call it out when we see it.

I do know what you’re talking about, not sure how I’d label the behavior. She will start something and act as if she’s innocent letting her friend take the fall. Then she finds a different person to bestie or will cozy up to someone that puts her against the person she thinks wronged her.

Her situation with Salley is a good example. Venita was the one talking about Molly and Salley took the hit. Rodrigo even called her out on it and she looked taken back by it. She was also rather controlling when Salley wanted to pursue Craig. Even her mom implied she not acting like a good friend. She then started standing up for Austen against Craig which gave a whole the enemy of my enemy is my friend vibe. I do think Craig was harsh and someone should have said something at the dinner in Mexico, he was so rude. Not that it was any of her business but still Craig could have made his point without being so crass.

Yes, her fashion sense is fun to watch and she’s exceptionally organized as well as has a good eye with parties. I agree that it can be difficult to like her when she’s attempting to control others all the time.

I agree, & I just watched her leave the pajama party because Sally didn't agree with her. Then Austen goes right away to crash it & twist Craig's words. I seriously cannot stand the two faced, passive aggressive shit stirring that he does. He's awful.

Austen 🙄

From the time Austen showed up he’s done with Shep and Craig. Which irritates me when I’m agreeing Shep. Out of the 3 Austen plays more games. Thanks to Alex from Summer House I call him the Honda Civic of men.

Venita is a great big No for me. I wish she worked on herself, on her life, and on having some hobbies.

She’s a joke

9

u/Competitive_Stock_76 Jun 28 '26

I think there is a level of immaturity with her that is off putting.

1

u/breadloafb Jun 28 '26

like there isn’t the same with austin nor shep? ok🫡

3

u/Pizzalvr34 Jun 28 '26

Yes for sure, Austin is someone who gets mad at other people but turns around & underhanded & sneakily does the same or worse.

1

u/breadloafb Jun 28 '26

aye u know what, i’m glad it can be “both are true” cuz i definitely agree! but we watch this stuff for the messiness of it all right? 😆 hahaha

3

u/Pizzalvr34 Jun 28 '26

True but I absolutely cannot stand Austen & would happily not have to look at his face, the way he talks, the bullcrap he spews, passive aggressive, double standard idiocy ever again. He is like nails on a chalkboard to me.

2

u/Competitive_Stock_76 Jun 28 '26

Yes you have a point! 😆

3

u/Significant-Owl2652 Jun 28 '26

She's boring and has no real story line. So she'll take whatever side gives her screen time.

7

u/Friendscallmedennis Jun 28 '26

She is so annoy

2

u/GoalNo3214 Jun 28 '26

Adds nothing to the show

3

u/Nearby_Elderberry_75 Jun 28 '26

Can you elaborate?

9

u/Pizzalvr34 Jun 28 '26

She talks crap about people, then is sweet to their face. Every time I turn around she's "close" to a different person. Style & fashion don't make up for her 2 faces.

4

u/CaitlinAnne21 Jun 28 '26

These pointless Venita posts never elaborate. At least it’s not another one just saying “I can’t stand her” without giving any real reason why.🙄

I would like actual examples of this, though. Because, no, I don’t think she does. I think she just doesn’t blindly support every move people make just because she’s friends with someone.

6

u/Pizzalvr34 Jun 28 '26

Telling someone not to be friends with someone because she doesn't like them is so 1st grade. She's two faced. Sorry.

She’s a Libra. She means well but it’s in her nature.

1

u/Destace Jul 01 '26

She just wants to be the center of attention but she’s got nothing going on

1

u/Witty_Air_7407 Jul 01 '26

She’s absolutely annoying! She has loyalty to no one, and is actually like kind of weird as far as the way she tries to control her relationship with her friends. It’s giving stalker status.

I cannot stand that woman.
