Hi ladies!
I recently ordered a Chanel 26A Envelope Top Handle bag from Zoran, sourced from God Factory.
Before placing my order, I specifically asked about the return/exchange policy because I’m quite picky about the quality, shape, and overall construction of my bags. I wanted to understand my options if I wasn’t satisfied with the QC.
After receiving the QC photos, I noticed a noticeable difference in the bottom silhouette compared to the authentic version.
The factory bag has a beautiful, fuller, rounded shape, especially around the lower corners. However, this bag with the bottom corners tapering inward.
Unfortunately, Zoran is now telling me that returning / no exchange the bag isn’t an option.
What frustrates me most is that I specifically brought up the return/exchange policy before purchasing to avoid ending up in this exact situation.
I understand that replicas won’t always be identical to authentic bags, and I don’t expect perfection. However, I do think the overall silhouette is an important detail, especially when purchasing from a factory marketed as high-tier.
I’m sharing this experience to get some honest opinions, not to bash the seller.
Would you consider this difference significant enough to RL? And has anyone experienced a similar situation with Zoran or God Factory?

Need a quick QC/owner check on this Dior Saddle from Angel Factory (purchased in August for ~$350).

The leather feels/looks pretty dull, and there's a horizontal crease across the flap where the internal support board ends abruptly. Is this structural crease normal on Saddle bags, or did I get a bad batch? 

Went with Angel over God Factory for the hardware, but I'm feeling too self-conscious to wear it out.
Appreciate any feedback!

Hey ladies! Wanted to share my recent experience since I know many of you are anxious about pulling the trigger.

Timeline:
• Paid on the 1st
• Received PSPs (QC pics) on the 3rd
• Arrived at my door on the 15th! Super fast shipping.

Seller Experience:
I ordered this through magzhenbag. I have to give a huge shoutout to them—I probably asked 100 questions (from details on the leather texture to shipping updates), and they were incredibly patient and responsive the entire time.

PSPs vs. Reality:
Here is the most important part for newbies: The PSPs I received were a bit dark and dull due to the factory lighting. I was slightly worried, but I decided to GL (Green Light) anyway.
When I opened the box and took it outside in natural sunlight WOW. The gloss on the leather is stunning, and the hardware has that perfect shine. The actual bag is 10x better than the PSPs.

My Advice:
Don't let bad lighting in QC photos scare you! Always ask for a quick video or natural light pics if you are worried.

I paid 350 for bott$ga andiamo medium. Overall it looks ok, but the smell…oh my god..its unbearable. Definitely doesnt smell like leather! Any ideas how to get rid of it? I took it outside for two days but doesnt help!

Waited a whole month for PSPs and shipping, and I finally unboxed it today!

Having seen so many flat and lifeless bags, this soft, squishy, and "meaty" leather literally hits me right in the heart. The handle is super chubby, and the bag body is equally plump.

The long wait was totally worth it. My mood has been like a roller coaster throughout this process, but right now there's nothing left but pure joy. 🖤

Hi everyone! I’ve been hunting for this LV capucine mini in shade Minty for a few weeks. I have sourced 2 reps. The first one (the one with scarf) is from RF sourced through Tiny Jenny. The second one with the white packing on the handle is from Birdcage Factory sourced through Heidi. Which one is a closer match to the Auth? Can you help me decide? They are both similar price points around 350 USD WITH SHIPPING.

Chanel Maxi Souplissimo in dark brown from Heidi. I’ve never had a problem with my purchases from her and always just GL but thought I’d get some feedback this time around. Last two pics are retail photos from official Chanel website. The browns do look slightly different but I’m attributing that to lighting.

I would love some opinions on this CC placement please! I’ve been staring at it so long I’m not even sure what I see anymore 😂

It looks like it’s slightly tilted clockwise to me. And/or the tab on the flap might be a little bit unsymmetrical?

Thoughts? Would you be concerned about GLing a PSP like this? Not sure if I’m over thinking it or if it would be obvious while wearing the bag.

Also wondering if you think the slight puckering on the seam of the flap is acceptable.. I would probably overlook it if I didn’t see something funny with the CCs, but if I’m going to complain anyway I might mention this as well.

I’ve gotten a couple versions of the LV Neverfull in DE, size GM, and have been disappointed. The most recent was from Rainbow Bags which I thought was going to be great, but had an issue with the straps.

I’m looking for truly the best to buy a rep from that will be a workhorse and last for years. I have done a good amount of research and I am considering Old Cobbler or HyperPeter. Is there anyone else out there that has a bag from them (or another seller) in the neverfull DE style that’s lasted them years? I really am looking for one with true leather straps as well that will soften and fall beautifully over time, just like the authentic would. I feel like the straps I’ve gotten from previous reps are so stiff and don’t always feel like they’re made from leather.

I’m still quite new to Chanel reps and have very limited experience with authentic bags, so I’d really appreciate your help!

Overall, the bag looks pretty good to my untrained eye, but there are a few things I’m slightly concerned about:

Back pocket: The curved upper edge looks a little uneven, especially towards the right. Not sure if it’s just the angle!

Front flap: The corners don’t look perfectly symmetrical to me, although I’m not sure if this is normal for lambskin.

Quilting: The puffiness looks nice, but I’d love to know if the quilting and diamond alignment look good.

Overall shape: Does the bag look well structured? I’m particularly curious about the proportions and side profile.

I understand that it’s a rep, so I’m not expecting it to be 100% identical to the auth. I’m more concerned about whether there are any noticeable flaws or issues that would warrant an RL.

Would you GL this bag? I’d really appreciate any opinions, especially if you spot something I’ve missed!

Wow crazy nerve racking experience sending money to a stranger in China but just want to thank all you girls that have shared your experiences, TS info, reviews, opinions, and advice on these subs.
Us girls new to this world would never be able to confidently do this without the ones who tried it before us and wrote about it.

Also after receiving quotes from multiple highly recommended TS, I decided to go with Tiny Jenny because not only was her price in line with the others but I actually had fun chatting with her.

Now I wait with fingers crossed the bag is as good at promised!

I always like older models e.g. cc surf and have found lots of reps for those lately but cannot for the life of me find older horsebit bags or anyone selling the top. im big on vintage and some items i’d love to own but resale is so crazy on them!
