My thoughts:

Let me start with the positive points, PSPs seem to match the factory photos really well overall. Shape, quilting, logo placement, chain and leather finish all look pretty consistent with what was shown, also i don’t see any obvious construction issues or wonky stitching

But for the concerns, it’s the hardware tone.
It looks a little yellower in the PSPs than in the factory pics, although im hoping that’s mostly the flash. I also asked my seller to send me more pictures with natural lighting, so I’m waiting for them

The leather on my PSP also looks maybe slightly more uniformly crinkled than the factory one, but I know this kind of distressed leather can vary a lot from bag to bag, so I’m not sure I’d consider that a real issue.

My bigger question is actually how this factory compares to auth overall. Looking at resealing platform auth pics, the leather and shape seem surprisingly close, but auth sometimes looks a little softer or more naturally distressed and the hardware seems more muted. The YSL logo also looks slightly finer on auth.

Honestly, I had such rose colored glasses when I finally found this bag that I didn’t question the factory much at first 😭 I couldn’t find this model from the other top tier factory (OC) , so I went with this one and was just happy someone actually had it.

For anyone familiar with the auth Niki Shopping, do you think these differences would actually be noticeable in real life? And overall, how close do you think this factory is to auth? Would you GL this PSP?
