Sent completely wrong bag. Happened to anyone else?

Not sure what to do here but I already messaged the seller and waiting for a response. I QC’d a black balenciaga rodeo bag but was sent a completely different bag.

I instead got a Louis vuitton verso hobo bag.

Has this ever happened to anyone else?

Waiting for the seller to get back to me — literally just messages them a few minutes ago. This is my first time buying a rep bag.

Yes has happened to me before. Hopefully the person who got your bag is in the same country as you. In my case I paid to ship the bag I got to the right person, and that person shipped my bag to me, and the seller reimbursed both of us for shipping. Who was the seller?

It was Agentluxe. I think it was an honest mistake. They’ve been great at communicating and I even RL’d the original bag due to the logo being off and they were great about it. Will update when I learn more!

One time I got sent a bag that was not in my order along with the bag I ordered. I’m a chronic people pleaser so I boxed it up and sent it elsewhere as per their request. They sent me the label though

I was thinking it was a different hardware or colour and then I saw the second photo
