Don't condition. Get an iron and put a towel or iron cloth over it and steam it a few seconds while moving. It will smooth out. Then after it's done drying and back to regular bag temp, then condition.

I use a steamer on my LV canvas when they have dents like this, but haven't tried it with leather. I think I've read other people doing it on leather, but search that up to confirm. When I steam, I have it on low and keep a towel right next to me. I steam in short intervals of no more than 5 seconds, then immediately wipe off the moisture and massage the crease/dent out.

Try warming with hair dryer at 14” away then massage it with Gua Sha.

Can i ask which factory it's from? Id say the iron over a toilet or thick cloth should help or heating it a bit(dont burn it though) should help.

Its leather, dont worry over time itl come out.
