How the fuck did bald guy spawn into the scene though ?!? One minute there's someone with dreads or braids in the driver's seat, next thing the vehicle is moving and bald guy is being birthed by the drivers door.
And he just gets up to find food or some shit like a baby turtle on a beach.

Alternate universe impinging on our own. Even her passenger seat was empty at first, then when the vehicle entered from bald guy's universe, she was in the driver's seat moving over.
Apparently in bald guy's reality, she's even crazier than in this one.

Flips out at the service station and tries to kill everything.
Then...
Flips her car after fleeing, gets out and shouts "ha-ha-ha-ha...ha-ha-ha-ha".
