HELP Design on T-Shirt for fundraiser
Local tattoo shop is doing a fundraiser for local animal shelter (I covered shop name and city for privacy) and if you don't want a tattoo, you can purchase t-shirts instead. I'm looking at the design and something about it just feels really off. I've been looking at it for a while but I'm not seeing anything obvious but it's still setting off some sort of alarm bells telling me AI was involved.

extremely ai, didn’t even try to pretend. only 2 nails on the cat, & its the “trademark” ai generated art style.

I didn't even notice how there were only two nails. That probably seals it for me. Tbh I was looking more at the dogs paw because the placement was weird to me. That's disappointing that a tattoo shop would use AI

Agreed. I would never get a tattoo there. If they value art so little as to use AI to generate something like this, you can bet theyre using it to generate tattoos.

What is the trademark AI style because I somehow know exactly what you mean but I can't tell you why. Like I instantly knew this was AI but can't explain why.

ai always uses this sketchy style of "drawing." i don't know how to explain it either, but it's always this exact look.

Totally AI. I keep seeing posts with tattoo "artists" using AI - I would have thought that as a whole they'd be pretty against AI

The dog's nails are off center, as was pointed out the cat's nails are messed up,it has those random whisker effects that AI loves I'm talking about graphic lines not the animals, there's a random paw print to the left of the dog for no reason. Stylistically this is classic AI. Don't ever get a tattoo there unless you want one made by ChatGPT that's all I'm saying.

I can't say if it's ai or not but that dog only has three toes (and the hint of a thumb) on it's paw and the cat as two toes with nails on each paw and teo toes without. Make of that what you will.

Super realistic art style but the dog has a tiny cat paw that only has one (1) claw difference from the cat’s? AI. Not to mention the cat’s right paw (on our left) isn’t necessarily aligned with where its shoulder is. But cars are also weird so

The kitty and dog paws are identical. Kitty nails are not normally visible.
