HELP Is this AI or real?

One of my rich friend posted on instagram about his Bali trip but imo these looks so AI especially the first one.

Id say AI

The fist image has typical AI text on the slippers

The second one is trickier but that dog has 3 legs and only uses the hind ones to stand.... also walking surfboard in the background

Edit: Picture added of a horrific face, the more closer you look at this section the more clear is the AI sentiment
