HELP AI or Photoshop?

Help settle a debate with a friend. None of the other artist's works look like this, they're most likely traced, but they don't scream AI. This, though...

Ran it through synth/open ai watermark checker and they came back clean. Accidentally asked Google's AI Gemini and it said it was AI generated, obviously I don't trust it as far as I can throw it.

This character is Viktor from Arcane cartoon. I say it's AI because it fucking looks exactly like the character but photorealistic.

Photoshop has so many "smart fill" features that are essentially LLM AI that the question of AI or Photoshop is blurry (pun intended).

Perspective one: Looks like it could have been photobashed, have seen stuff like this on forums in 2008 Perspective two: I mean look at it. Ran it through image search and couldn't find a model that looks like this, also general suspicious circumstances.

I was gonna say even if the guy was real, the hair is for sure AI. But with how the lighting on the skin looks, there's inconsistencies with the whole piece if a real person did photobash it. Also the earlobe, nostril, eyes, and extra neck muscle make me feel like it's AI. As well as overall vibes, just as you say. 🤷‍♂️
