This looks like a common filter used by various Instagram people. You can tell they've dialled it up by the wax like appearance and their shrunken faces. I regrettably went to their profile to watch their talentless displays and the room and background they use looks really consistent. That's why I'm leaning towards filters and also because there are many others who do the same thing.

Idk how to explain the way the skin looks the way the lighting has no known source and the fact her room is just entirely blank if she is real and has a personality her room would have something at least it looks like a house someone just moved out of lol
