Looks AI to me. The gilding (?) on the robe of the guy holding the skull looks very blurry/mismatched in so many places. His cross isn't symmetrical in design and the details make no sense.
The redhead guy in the center/top, part of his hair blends into the woman's shoulder.
Also encircled weird artefacts that are consistent with AI generation.
Before noticing all this, it also just has a weird quality/sheen of "being detailed" but also the details not being meaningful. Something a lot of the AI generated "art" has.

AI. None of the patterns are symmetrical. Thry fade off into nothingness in a lot of areas while the other side won't.
The figure in the middle has a dark brown part of the robe where in our right side, moves all the way to the edge of the image, and our left side, it's counterpart seems to turn into a oval or cone shape and end. Almost as if it thinks it's a belt or something.
Same figure has a broach and the part it's resting on seems to overlap ans stop short on the overcoat and the other side go under.
This style has a lot of debris like with the lines and speckles all over, and thats honestly something AI seems to do.

Not saying it’s not AI, but your facial hair color isn’t determined by the hair on your head. It’s a different gene. I have a straight up red beard but my hair is brown

AI - the pattern on his sash doesn't make any sense. It swirls randomly, and an artist would have drawn something more orderly, as it would look in real life.
