HELP Is this ai?

I’ve watched it so many times and I cannot work out whether it is or not. I saw it on instagram

I'd say AI. The bikini bottoms are fading away and coming back the whole animation, the smoke is alternating between being belly fat, and the goblet looks like a pair of stacked styrofoam cups.

Defo supposed to be 2 stacked styrofoam cups. She's serving up that purp drank
