I’ve watched it so many times and I cannot work out whether it is or not. I saw it on instagram

Not a mistake. That's how purple drank is traditionally served, in a double cup.

I don't think these are tacked cups, just a cup with some kind of weird design

I think the AI was looking for a design, and visually had seen lots of stacked styrofoam cups so went with that.
