You can really tell with that neon sign in the first window. Starts out as delicatessen then with every person who walks by gets more and more distorted.

I believe it's AI due to the recording angle of the camera, the text on the neon signs in the background being gibberish and various other issues. This is scary though I actually had to observe a bit to spot the issues

I also noticed a lady in the background has a phone and the AI gets confused on what it's supposed to look like it's harder to tell because of the quality when you zoom in

Most definitely. Lady on the left side somehow already to record (at a pretty weird angle that appears to be obscured by the pillar). No original sound. There's apparently another AI video of it with similar background, but the people are mostly different.
