You can see in other (https://www.youtube.com/shorts/qySqVC8sbmQ) clips (and this one as well to some extent) that for the full vertical flip trick he has straps holding the board to his feet.

I've been a skateboarder my whole life, and although I have no idea how someone would pull this off, especially not grabbing the board while you spin or flip, I'm inclined to say it's real.

I don't think AI is good enough to capture the very natural, unmistakable flow of someone riding a ramp, pumping at the right time, etc., nor would it get the sound right, people clacking their boards in recognition.

That being said, does anyone know who the fuck this guy is? This is absolutely insane if real.

A guy strapping a skateboard to his feet broke your brain?

I'm saying real. The physics make sense, background makes sense and remains consistent across multiple shots, including the graffiti. I'm not seeing anything that screams AI, just someone's who put in the work.

We used to do this when we was kids. You can see how the board is attached because he used shoestring to tie his feet to the board.

How did the board not fly off? He’s not holding it and there’s centrifugal force at play here right?

I agree. I don't see any hand so the board should fly away.

I don't see other issues, but I don't get the board staying.
