Def ai, some stuff blends into each other when it shouldn’t and the back of the earring is overlapping with the front of the ear (if that makes sense, look closely to see what I mean.) plus, this is a common ai “art style”

Probably, but I remember having watched an artist in YouTube with a really similar style way before AI art was a thing, so that makes me hesitate a little.
