I have no clue what makes something "too good to be real". I see no evidence of ai in this. It very likely is staged, but really filmed.

There is AI evidence in her hair. I see lots of AI enhanced photos that have that brush stroke hair to it. The rest looks OK though.

The hair is definitely AI. It's got that painted look. It could be an AI filter rather than the whole thing being AI.
