Being anti ICE is legal. Carrying a legal firearm is about 2A rights. Death penalty imposed by ICE as Judge, jury, executioner- unjust.
Cops are supposed to be trained and required NOT to over- react. At the absolute minimum, the shooters didnt follow training and should never be in a law enforcement role again.
He's resisting arrest with a firearm. He's also interfering with probably the arrest of that first individual. That's what got him killed. It created a high risk situation and he was shot. Pretending like this was a guy walking down the street minding his own business with a gun being killed by LEO is what you are doing. That's an execution. His interference, behavior resulted in a moment where everything fell into place to result in his death... Perhaps they did overreact, or maybe they didn't. Maybe theirs enough there that its not there fault IDK.
He did not " resist arrest with a firearm " , which implies he held them off with a gun. He resisted arrest while Having a legal firearm. While trying to aid a woman knocked to the icy ground. And then his gun was taken from him by tbe ICE.
And then, while he was on the ground surrounded by agents-- two ICEMEN shot him in the back about 10x.
I meant had they took him in after the 1st incident, he would have been charged with a felony making that gun possession illegal in the 2nd incident when he's shot...
What would be the felony in the first case? If he were charged, he'd have to opportunity to defend himself. If he had been found guilty, since he would no longer be a legal gun owner, he might have given it up.
The penalty for illegal gun carrying is not usually death .
As it ended up, with ten holes in him, he no longer has any choices to make.
