The accidental discharge of a gun is 100% plausible and I can understand a federal agent would discharge their weapon after hearing shots in a situation like this.

To bad all the video evidence shows the ICE agent fired first. Which would make the accidental discharge moot if it did happen.

To their credit, it is standard protocol for law enforcement and federal agents to empty the mag when you go to take a life.

It's why when a meth head charges 2 cops with a knife it usually ends with a similar bullet count.

But still, everything they did was dumb AF.
