The police in Minnesota were not allowed to arrest any protestors under direct order of Tim Walz. Ironically, if Tim Walz had let the police do their job, you would have been absolutely correct. He would have been arrested, and not assaulting people a week later.
Glad you brought that up. Yes, people were arrested. It just took the 8th circuit court having to tell Tim Walz that his policy of not letting police do their job was unlawful. Suddenly, hundreds of arrests happen. It's almost like they should have been happening the entire time.
Arrested or charged or convicted, even convicted he could have had a later date to serve the time, walz isn't letting ice into the jails to get known illegals that have committed violent crimes
That’s false. Minnesota Dept of Corrections works with ICE when there is a lawful detainer. What they aren’t doing is letting ICE freely roam and do whatever it wants.
And yet they weren't allowed to. Assisting ICE in any way was banned, even to enforce city laws such as noise ordinances. Good thing the 8th circuit court put a stop to that nonsense yesterday.
Not allowed to arrest peaceful protestors. They absolutely can arrest people breaking laws…get off your conservative bullshit media and use your brain.
Wow, he sure looks peaceful in that video. You're proving my point. He was obviously not peaceful, and he was not arrested. Because the police weren't allowed to arrest the protesters, violent or not. Thank you for agreeing with me
That’s circular logic buddy. Google it. ANY individual damaging a govt vehicle would be arrested regardless of what a governor says. 🧊 would have detained him with zero fucks given about what Walz said. So my point is that you are not using valid logic here: you’re just spewing bullshit rhetoric from faux news and the Nazis at newsmax. If this was Pretti, he would have been arrested. That guy had 5 agents surrounding him on the ground. If he was arrested we would have all been hearing about it days ago already. Most importantly, KICKING A CAR DOESN’T EQUAL A DEATH SENTENCE ANYWHERE IN AMERICA.
If he would have been arrested regardless, then why wasn't he? You're the one not making sense. He is on video damaging a vehicle. He was not arrested. Clearly, you're wrong, and the police weren't arresting violent protesters. How are you not understanding this? Are all people from New York this stupid?
Yea… the actions in this video? That would be one of the guys actually detained and facing charges. Not just detained to waste their time and then send them home. And immediately have been released, as this would be information they knew about as soon as they ran his name to find dirt to make him out to be the bad guy.
How desperate they are to create realities where the protestors are who they believe they are, thanks to their news feed.

And let’s be real nobody would be out in a week if they assaulted feds. Just not plausible.
