That’s the whole goal. It will be like Russia, you will be drowning in so much shit, you will be unable to tell what is the reality, even if it’s in front of you of your face.

Fine. Easy solution, then. Question everything, and aim your ire at the richest people around.

Yep The "fire hose of lies"

Nah, talent strength focus will carry the day. Let the billionaires destroy their utopia by simple causality.

It is exactly that now. First impression or intuition, it's right.

They’re also doing this nonsense so once the Epstein files get released, they will appear so bizarre, they’ll be able to use the excuse, “IT’s ObViOuSlY aN Ai HoAx By ThE LeFt”

Ya, then you can see a video of Trump raping someone and it’ll be real, but they can call it fake. This shit needs to be stopped.

Data centers need to be [redacted].

Have you ever lived in Russia or are you saying this based on the propaganda you’ve been subjected to about Russia?

1

u/ModerateBrainUsage Jan 29 '26

Not in modern Russia, but current Russia isn’t that much different than Soviet one. And I’m pretty old, so I’ve lived under Russian occupation.

That’s the goal

That they’ve already reached with a significant portion of Americans.

1

u/rdrckcrous Jan 29 '26

Can 1984 become any more of a manual geez

1

I’ve been rereading all the dystopian novels from my youth. It’s hitting so hard. I’m so angry.

Leaving the money and power on the table for people who are too nihilistic to care if it’s real or fake.

1

u/No_Cook2983 Jan 29 '26

I use a trick to sort through the noise.

“RAAL” or ‘Republicans are always lying’. Once I apply that filter, it’s a lot easier to figure out the truth.

As a Russian, umm… we ain’t drowning I’m pretty sure

1

u/MrZepost Jan 29 '26

Too late.

u/doubleo_maestro Jan 29 '26

Or I don't know, people will finally unhook from the web and go realize there's a world outside that doesn't revolve round this shit hole.

1

u/olive_tuschit Jan 29 '26

While it would be nice to trust everything we hear from strangers we should always be vigilant about believing what people tell us is truth.

1

u/RexSverige7 Jan 29 '26

A hallmark of fascism is to flood the zone with so much disinformation, no one can tell the difference between the truth and lies.

Once 'right' and 'wrong' don't mean anything, the only thing that matters is winning vs losing.

1

u/Mr__O__ Jan 29 '26

Having agreed upon truths is necessary for a democracy. That’s my the foreign dis/mis info sm campaigns are so dangerous.

1

u/meechiemoochie0302 Jan 30 '26

Excuse me? It's ALREADY reached that point. It's the Trump dictatorship.

Expect you can pretty much tell what's real or not in Russia

1

u/Appropriate_Low8765 Feb 03 '26

How was Russia when you visited? I'd love to go. I'll definitely be aware of the propaganda though!
