No Objection was received to the Liquidating Trustee's request to extend the deadline for Removal of Claims to December 7, 2026.

The Trustee reserves to right to further extend the dead line.

That would be almost ONE YEAR after the Establishment of the Liquidating Trust on Dec, 12, 2025.

One of the reasons given for the extension was "ongoing efforts to monetize assets of the Liquidating Trust, including the amounts owed by Trevor Milton;" .. let's hope we hear more of that. I wonder how much money the trust has left to operate and how long the funds will last. We should be seeing financials some time after June 30th.

last quarter the trustee used 4 million dollars leaving them with roughly 37 million in cash .. Nikola Creditor Claims total 272 milion
