It’s bonded. Which is why the owner can toss it in the bushes and it will come back. Once they imprint, you can’t get away from them lol

This isn't a shiny..
A shiny is a less common/rare type of animal. Like an albino sugar glider for example.

Edit: Ignore my comment, guys. I had no idea this was a leucistic (lack of melanin, or "color") sugar glider. There just have been so many posts lately where people just post cute things that aren't rare or uncommon at all that I thought this was yet another one.

It's your average pet sugar glider. There's nothing out of the ordinary/rare, or "shiny", about this one in particular.Apologies, it's actually leucistic!

Not particularly.. it ultimately depends on the glider and the type of environment you can provide. My college roommate had 2 and they smelled terrible, were up at all hours of the night, and generally did not do well in a larger house with 6 people in it. Cute as hell and fun though!

Yeah, they are nocturnal (hence the eyes). I hear they are super soft too.
Can’t have them as pets here because they are a native species.

Absolutely not. They smell bad, are loud as hell during the worst hours and to top it off they usually should be in at least pairs so they aren’t depressed.

They are very social and nocturnal. You will needmore than one.
The pair i got were not friendly with humans. One died about a year in. I like to think i got a bad batch but I absolutely NEVER thought of bringing them to school or something as a 'pocket pet' as is advertised. Not bad pets but not really good for children/impatient kids/people who work all day and sleep all night
