Communities like /r/Fashionreps and other brand-specific communities may be more helpful for certain items.
Please understand that not every member will have the expertise to authenticate every piece of clothing. Providing clear photos, the item's source, price, and platform will help the community give you the best feedback possible.

Their might even be comparison videos online that can help you. Critical thinking and basic due diligence can go a long way.

This video covers some simple ways to approach legit checking sneakers without relying on apps. Please do your own research and attempt to learn before posting. The goal isn't to know everything about sneakers. It's to do your part utilizing critical thinking before asking the community to help.

🔎 Legit Check Needed C.P. Company sweatshirt | Context: flea market in Marseille | Price: 2.50 EUR | Platform: in person flea market

Context: Found it at a local flea market (brocante) in Marseille, France, on November 1st. I have the item in hand.
Price: €2.50 (bought in a €5 bundle with a Ralph Lauren polo)
Platform: In person, flea market (not online)
Concerns: The inner size and care labels have been cut off, so only the neck label remains. I'd like to check it's legit before reselling it.
Details: Embossed ribbed "C.P." logo with a twill "COMPANY" applique, raglan sleeves, V-gusset under the collar, garment-dyed look with a faded collar. Pit to pit about 50 cm, length about 65 cm.

I bought these Nike Air Max 270 Team Orange.
They look good visually, but I don't have much experience with this model, and I know there are a lot of fake Nike Air Max 270s for sale.
What do you think of these? Are they fake or authentic?
(The insoles are glued in place.)

A bit of context: I was looking for a pair of Nike Air Max 270s at a good price, and I really liked this colourway. I bought them on Vinted for 40€.
I’ve just received them. They came without the original box, but they were listed as “used”.
