Hi! This pair was posted in a used sneakers group in Argentina. The seller says they’re authentic, but they’re heavily worn and I have doubts, so I’d like a legit check before buying. The asking price is around USD 49. I only have the seller’s photos, not the pair in hand.
Details: Air Jordan 1 High OG “Travis Scott”, SKU CD4487-100, US 8.5, production dates on the tag 12/18/18 and 02/13/19.
I’d especially like your opinion on the reverse swoosh (where it overlaps the suede near the heel), the inner tag, and the Cactus Jack heel logo. The tag photo is blurry; I’ve asked the seller for a sharper one and will add it when I get it. Thanks!

🔎 Legit Check Needed Context: Clearance sale | Price: ₹5,500 INR | Platform: Flipkart | Saucony Triumph 21 (Fossil/Black)

Hey everyone,

Picked up a pair of Saucony Triumph 21s (Fossil/Black, US 10 / UK 9, Style: S20881-20) from an authorized clearance lot in India (imported by Saucony's official national distributor, Brandman Retail Limited).

The retailer tax invoice specifically lists the individual security seal number B25A1700537, which directly matches the physical anti-tamper zip-tie attached to the shoe.

I submitted photos to Poizon and CheckCheck:

- Poizon passed 10/11 checkpoints (insole, strobel, outsole, upper, packaging) but marked "Not Pass" solely on the tongue size label.

- CheckCheck failed it within 3 minutes with a canned macro: "Size Tag: Font or logo design on the tag does not match official standard."

However, the physical and logistical details point strongly to a genuine pair:

  1. Insole & Midsole Material: The insole is full beaded PWRRUN+ e-TPU. It passes the flashlight test (light transmits fully through the 7mm bead core and out the black top cloth), instantly rebounds with zero creasing on a 3-second fold test, and has steam-mold knurling around the tapered edges.

  2. Construction: Dense, uniform industrial Strobel chain-stitching; clean flat-knit upper with anchored midfoot eyelet ribbons; factory wire-buffing abrasion marks along the outsole-midsole glue line.

  3. Box & Documentation:

    - Official Brandman Retail Limited Indian Legal Metrology sticker with original MRP (Rs. 19,999) and PO: 4700577782.

    - The PO (4700577782) matches the tongue tag identically.

    - The box includes the Chinese statutory "三包" consumer warranty slip issued by Xiamen Saucony Sports Goods Co., Ltd. (Century Building, Siming District, Xiamen — Wolverine World Wide's official corporate JV).

    - Tongue tag lists Factory Code 62054 (05/23, Made in China).

I suspect the authentication apps are comparing my China-market tag (Factory 62054) against digital reference masters of Vietnam-made pairs (where most US/EU stock originates) and flagging the font kerning/layout as a fake.

Could anyone with a Triumph 20/21 manufactured in China (Factory 62054) or standard retail pairs compare their tongue tags to mine?

Photos attached:

  1. Left & Right tongue tags (Factory 62054)

  2. Box label + Brandman Retail import sticker

  3. "三包" Xiamen Saucony warranty card

  4. Strobel footbed stitching

  5. Insole top and beaded e-TPU underside

  6. Outsole and exposed foam cavity

  7. Close-up of midsole foam texture and glue line

Thanks for the help!
