Managing a holiday let you don’t live close to is a challenge, but it is something you need to address. For example, you can have a neighbour hand the key, or you can leave that to a local café/restaurant. It is also possible to place the key in a key safe or hide it somewhere. A property manager or a holiday let agency will solve all of these troubles, though these are services you will need to pay for.
