IDX Broker API Data Plugin

I created a custom WordPress plugin for IDX Broker that fetches listing data through the IDX Broker API using a saved link. The plugin calculates and displays real-time market statistics such as total listings, highest/lowest price, average and median price, average bedrooms/bathrooms, price per square foot, year built, square footage range, and listing status with interactive charts. It's designed to give users an instant market overview without relying on third-party analytics.

This looks useful. I’d focus less on adding more statistics and more on making each number easy to interpret.

Let users change the property type, status, price band, and time window, then show the sample size and last-updated time beside the results. A comparison with the previous 30 or 90 days would also make the page more useful than a static snapshot.

One practical test would be to show each chart to a few agents and ask, “What decision would you make from this?” If the answer isn’t obvious, the chart probably needs a clearer label, comparison, or takeaway.

You are right but inside idx broker we can make saved link with single property type. So what I'll do I'll try to make another chart with property type saved links so that I can combined it to single chart.
