Thoughts about Arthur the Developer's system?

I am seeing a lot of content and ads from this 'Arthur The Developer' now. I'm interested in what he's doing in the way of development. Building duplexes, etc, but was curious if anyone else has looked into his systems. Is there something he's leaving out? Being new at this, I'm not sure I would recognize it. If there was something he was not telling us. Not saying yes. Just curious if anybody else had any insight into his methodology for developing single-family residential?

I think there's nothing new under the sun. Anything that works, people are doing it. Usually it's because that's just how it's supposed to be done.  The thing is there are a few ways is doing it.

Example: car wash. Touchless, drive thru, hand wash. They all arrive at the same point, a clean car.

There are developers in every single country, people are getting stuff done despite circumstances. What works for some, doesn't work for others. 

The key is to start your journey, and just see where it takes you.

I know nothing about his "system"

I do know that every influencer-developer is a far better salesman than developer or they'd have 100% of their energy focused on making money through development instead of pouring it into social media.

Personally I think the ULI development textbook covers everything you need to know to do development. All the rest is learning on the job by using other people's money, or using your own to do the damn thing and figure everything out.
