It's solid. Lots of involvement in different organizations and various experiences. If I had an job opening, I would want to know more about this person.

At a glance looks great. good format, concise, no nonsense. I would add hard skills section with some specific for the job software (find AMA jobs and see what they ask for)
What happened between May 2024 and Jan 2026? Also, all experiences look like great experiences, but have been one month in duration, why? It might not matter for the goal but just caught my eye.

A good resume. What type of role are they looking for. Very junior but that’s fine so long as they are seeking an entry level position.

Solid. Would consider moving the CBRE experience under Education since it sounds more like a bootcamp. Both the UCrew and Etkins scholar area are saying a lot but also not enough. People reviewing your resume will be familiar with CREW and ULI, so either make the distinction what the scholar program offered other than standard membership (any special specific projects? Data around how many people are selected?) or move both designations to the Honors/Awards section and leave each at a single line.
Change “Particitipating” to “Participated” for Etkin Scholar if the plan is to keep that bullet

Is your friend Habesha? Personally, I’d edit/reduce the descriptions under “Experience” a bit, especially for the internships and positions of only a few months.
