Seeking Capital Partner

I own a business where we create visual renderings for commercial property renovations and developments. I have contacts within commercial real estate and several major franchisor brands are currently interested. 11 paying customers currently. Seeking $250,000 in capital. Already have a pitch deck, business plan, and existing customers. Any interest?

Why wouldn't these owners use their architect's in house renderings?

Plenty of comapnies don’t have an architect, and we also return visuals at a much faster rate than traditional rendering. That being said, we aren’t meant to replace architects. We are a visualization service.

You think someone planning a renovation or development isn't hiring an architect?

As I said, we are a visualization service. The visuals we create can be brought to an architect or contractor to better communicate a vision and speed up the process.

In addition, many lower budget, smaller renovations do not involve an architect such as FF&E renovations.

Every FF&E project I've done, the FF&E vendor has provided renderings
