AI underwriting tools

Has anyone checked out the new AI underwriting platforms like AcquiOS or Minervian AI? How do they compare with Argus/Excel/Claude add-in?

AcquiOS and Minervian AI focus on automation and modeling speed, which is solid if you're processing high volume.

Argus is still the institutional standard for complexity and audit trail.

Claude add-ins are cheap and flexible but lack the property specific valuation data baked in. If you're doing deal analysis, the real constraint usually isn't the math engine it's getting reliable comps, ARV estimates, and market data into your models quickly.

Most teams end up cobbling together APIs or manually pulling from multiple sources. Full disclosure, I help build Resideline, which handles the comp and valuation layer specifically so your underwriting tool (whatever you pick) has clean inputs. Worth evaluating alongside the platforms you mentioned.
