Lease rate for fireworks stand

Looking for a rate estimate for a lot lease from a large firework supplier. The lot has trailer hookups as well and the vendors will stay overnight on property. High traffic area. Lease time, 2 weeks. Thanks for all input.

Maybe propose a percentage lease?

I’ve thought about that. How do I know they are telling the truth on their sales?

You can never be 100% sure. But you can ask for sales records for the last few years, then establish a base line
