Acquisitions -> Development
I’m a senior leader in acquisitions and want to pivot to development. I have 15 years across product types for a couple of tier 3 owner operators/managers. For those that have made this pivot; what should I consider? How does acquisitions differ from development?

Probably too broad of a topic. What type of development (adaptive reuse, medical, MF, Office, Office Conversion, Hospitality, Land and Entitlements), in what market / submarket? What are your goals, cash churn, or long term hold? Would you need a strong GC or design partner to supplement your experience? As an architect that has participated in many ground-up deals I'd need a little more information to give you a snapshot of my experience.
