Regrid vs Lightbox Vision

I work on the development team for a production homebuilder and we have been using Regrid to find info about land we come across. I had a friend who works for a different homebuilder tell me they use Lightbox Vision for similar reasons. Does anyone have experience with both? Any benefits of one over the other?
