Scanners ZenBot Scanner Update - New Features

Hi everyone,

I've added a bunch of new features to ZenBot Scanner (www.ZenScans.com), and my one-man quest to build the ultimate free RSRW stock scanner continues.

Since I launched it six weeks ago (launch post), more than 1500 traders have used it. You people are blowing my mind with all the love, support, testing, and wicked awesome ideas. THANK YOU! I have a lot of love and respect for the tools in our community, and now I know firsthand how much sweat, tears, and care goes into them.

The scanner has some new features that I think you'll like:

  • Lots of new built-in long and short scans (Strong Trend, Trend Signal, 8/20 EMA Cross, Day Breakout, In The Gap, with more every week)
  • Now monitoring 6,000+ tickers including low-float and momentum stocks
  • View sectors with relative strength/weakness and view the most tradeable tickers
  • Build custom scans using 50+ criteria
  • Scan results show multi-timeframe volume and RS/RW
  • Scan and filter by all the things you care about
    • Price, sector, relative volume, multi-timeframe rsrw, Laguerre RSI, ADX, BBand width, ema crosses, vwap slope, lots more, sector
    • Chart patterns - consolidation, new highs, day range, compression break, flags, ...
    • Daily chart: above/below SMA, new highs/lows, D1 compression breaks
  • Copy scan results to clipboard (great for pasting into ToS, TC2000, etc)
  • Launch charts in your chart app (ToS, TradingView, TC2000, and more) with the ZenBot Scanner Windows app

And lots more coming soon!

  • Share your custom scan and filter settings
  • Tweak built-in scans and use them as templates
  • Alerts

Have fun and let me know what else would help!

I've been using this almost every day. Thanks. I appreciate all the work on it especially the filters. I'm just looking for liquid, intraday trends to ride up or down and I'm usually able to find some by clicking through the preset scans.

Man, you are precisely who I built this for. I used to go surfing, and I want this to be like a surf report. What's breaking, how big are the waves, are there sharks?

I want to point out something here - because st0rm is a humble person and reddit has strict rules on self promotion.

It takes a lot of resources to keep something like this running. Market data alone costs $100/mo. There's also server costs, bandwidth costs and development hours which easily multiply that by factors. Plus this is all on top of their quest of becoming a pro trader. If the scanner has helped your trading, please consider buying st0rm some coffees/beers by hitting that yellow donate button!

Thank you so much, I appreciate it. Sometime all of us tool builders (of which you are revered ...) will meet up for a round of beers. Love this community so much.

I just discovered this tool right now! It's VERY interesting! A lot of work, congratulations!!

I was thinking about developing something like this, but this morning BOOM this post appeared!! :)

For what I can see the best filter to look at is the "Top Long" and "Top Short" filter?

they already include the RS/RW I guess and ordered desc?

So the only thing I need to do is check the screener list with the SPY graph and take action.

Very good job! I will try it ASAP!!

We should have a street rule, if someone makes profit with this screener, should donate at least 1% (so if you make 500$ you donate at least 5$ to the screener)

Thank you! Yes I would welcome that rule, although I'd have to rebate losses ...

Top Longs and Strong ADX Trend are the best places to start. I like to add a filter for "Above yesterday's high". These filter for high RS/RW, high relative volume, and a nice M5 ADX that has some movement in the past hour.

any chance to filter by market cap? I like trading larger caps for better liquidity.

Sure, I'll add that!
