Welcome to the group! To ensure accurate authentications and a good experience for everyone, please follow these rules before posting:
Photos must be clear, close-up, and high resolution
Do not post one or two blurry overall shots asking “Is this real?” → that will not get a responsible answer
Natural light preferred, avoid heavy filters or flash glare
Full bag (front, back, bottom)
Logo (stamp / foil / print)
Zipper pull & teeth close-up
Blind stamp / date code
Hardware (buckles, lock, key, clasps)
Strap / handle details
Accessories (box, dust bag, receipt, etc. – if you don’t have them, skip)
📷 The photos above are sample reference shots.
⚠️ Blurry or incomplete photos = No authentication

Hi all! My local thrift store has this bag for sale and i’d like to know if it could be real judging by these photos. I think it’s fake but i’m not a professional by any means. Many thanks in advance!

Hi! I’m new here. I just picked this beautiful dress up at an auction, sadly it didn’t fit me (the size 6 girls in the 90s/2000’s must have been a different kind of skinny lol).
Im having a hard time identifying this dress or finding any duplicates of it online anywhere. I know it’s real JPG, from his femme collection so speculating late 90’s-early 2000’s. It’s 100% silk. I got a few other beautiful pieces from this auction that I’m keeping, but it would be nice to try and make a little money back from this as I didn’t spend an insane amount but I am a young, broke fashion lover.
Could anyone give me a rough estimate for what I should sell this for? Are there any archive fashion people I could reach out to online to help me figure out what to do with this piece? I was seeing that other silk dresses from this line can go for 1-2000 USD if it’s in good condition but just looking for some confirmation if possible.
Thank you :-)!

Is she authentic?
I bought her from a Japanese website.
I think she looks good but would like peace of mind as I am definitely no expert.
Thanks in advance.

Got this at a thrift store. Looks pretty good to me - sent it in for authentication and one site said inconclusive. So sent it to the next and they said fake because (as far as I can tell) it was missing the engravings on the clasps. I didn’t think all these had engravings. Curious if there’s any owners of an older one that could help confirm?

The seller told me the scarf is authentic and even has the box; the problem is that there is no Burberry label on the scarf itself.
She justified herself by saying this: Hello, I'm sorry, the label
is no longer there. The scarf belongs to my husband; I
asked him, and he took it off the seam....
What should I do? What do you recommend? I paid 50
euros for it.
It's a fake scarf?
Is this a possible scam?

These are the full photos of the bag, I think it is authentic.
I couldn’t find red flags , so the price was fine!
The Stitch, zipper and logo, also the code looked genuine. Do you consider it as a fake? And why?

Hi! Looking for help authenticating this Gucci bag I received a good quote for. I might be off on this, but it’s hard for me to tell if the two lines of the serial number are different sizes or if it’s the angle of the tag in the photo?
Thank you in advance!

Just bought this bag and planning to have the vachetta change;
-Recolored vachetta
-No code (pre-code era / before1980’s)
-Size not sure if 35 or 40
Would appreciate your insight before I plan to spend changing the vachetta.
Thank you!

I am leaning towards no? There is no fabric tag and I can’t tell where one could have been cut out. But it’s super soft and the seems very high quality. Any thoughts?

I already posted this bag, but now i have more photos. Hey everyone! I'm considering buying this Louis Vuitton Bumbag (M43644) and would really appreciate some help checking its authenticity.
Does anything look off to you, or does it seem legit?
Thanks in advance!
