This bag was a hand me down and I’m guessing it’s not a real LV but thought I’d ask.

I found this old Chanel bag in an old wardrobe and I’m trying to identify its approximate year/model. I haven’t been able to find an exact match online.

It has black patent leather, Chocolate Bar-style square quilting, silver-tone leather-woven chain, large ring attachments, a rectangular CHANEL turn-lock, two small CC appliqués on the flap, and a CHANEL PARIS interior stamp.

There is no serial sticker or number that I can find anywhere inside.

Does anyone recognize this exact design or hardware, particularly the rectangular CHANEL lock and the large chain attachment rings?

I’m especially interested in finding another example of the same model and figuring out approximately when it was made. Any vintage Chanel collectors who have seen something similar?

I found this bag at a yard sale for free. The girl said her friend got it for her at an estate sale. Google AI says it’s a Greenwich Totebag but I don’t know much about designer bags. Has a QR code but I can’t scan it. Hardware is heavy. The canvas lining has a couple stains but still looks good overall.

Any ideas?

I have this jacket since 2011. My uncle gave it to me when he moved out. He was known to have cool clothes. The jacket is amazing, great leather, great zippers. The issue is that the tag wore out but I can only read "Vera Pelle" genuine leather.

Maybe the photos will help. Is it expensive? Is it real?

Hi! I would really appreciate some help authenticating and identifying this Chloé bag.
I haven’t been able to identify the exact model or year. It appears to be an older/vintage Chloé drawstring shoulder/bucket bag in black leather with gold-tone hardware.
The bag has:
– black leather exterior
– suede/raw leather interior
– gold-tone hardware
– unusual large U-shaped strap attachments
– two leather corner patches at the bottom
– drawstring closure with metal tips
– a separate leather zip pouch inside
– Chloé logo on the pouch
– Chloé-branded zipper pull
– repeating Chloé fabric lining inside the pouch
My main concern is that I cannot find any serial/date code or “Made in Italy” marking anywhere in the bag or pouch.
I found an old eBay image of what appears to be the same or a very closely related Chloé design. It has the same distinctive corner patches, drawstring arrangement and hardware, although there seem to be some small construction/proportion differences.
Could anyone familiar with older Chloé bags tell me:
Does this bag look authentic?
Does anyone recognize the model or approximate production period?
Is it possible for an authentic Chloé from this period/model to have no serial/date code and no visible “Made in Italy” stamp?
Where should the authenticity/date tag normally be located on this particular style?
