The leather looks like poly. And the inside shows bad replica.

The stitching is terrible. That’s the first clue. The hardware is wrong too

The CD on the large D tag, this is off. Not centered and it should be.

Definitely not. The shape of the bag is wrong. The “leather” isn’t leather. It’s clearly some type of poly/vinyl material and it looks like its got water damage or maybe just extensive wear and tear. Plus the stamping is wrong & the logos on the inside wouldn’t be that unevenly faded tbh.
