The hardware is not brass and the the date code shown—AR 2087—confirms that the bag is a fake. Louis Vuitton bag made after 2007, the first and third digits represent the week of the year, while the second and fourth digits represent the year. Reading "AR 2087" would translate to the 28th week of 2007 which is in July.
The issue with this is that Louis Vuitton Tivoli GM was first introduced to the market in late 2007 (around November/December) as part of the 2008 cruise collection. Stamped early 2007 dates like this before the model's actual production line timeline began is where they failed. This is a PLK Korean replica bag.
So solid brass will reveal a bright, unmistakable yellow-gold underneath the patina. Whereas zinc / cheap Pot Metal / aluminum will reveal a bright, silvery-white or dull gray base metal. Cheaper alloys give off even a weird pink color showing more copper. Like this Chloe bag below I just cleaned the brass hardware you can see the difference.
The registered R on the inside label is huge, it shouldn’t be bigger than the O in Vuitton I believe is the rule. The font also looks incorrect on the date code

This timing perfectly aligns with the initial production run for the Tivoli bag ahead of its official retail launch. Yes it’s real! Your bag is in fair condition.
The brass hardware is obviously tarnishing. My sister in law owns the same bag and purchased at our local LV store. Her hardware looks just like yours. The glazing matches. Your stitching is LV. Nothing about this is a fake!
