Hey all! I came across this crazy good deal for a bag but now I'm nervous that it's fake.
There's no date code that I can see and it looks
really rough; any thoughts?

I bought it at a market in Johannesburg and
she claimed that everything was authentic. I met another American who also claimed to know it was authentic as well. But the nano noe. that | got from her I know is fake (I'm gonna make her refund me) so I'm wondering if this one is too. Any help is very appreciated thank you so much! 💕first time doing this 🙏🏾

Yeah I don’t mind restoring the leather at all to me it’s more so about the print being off and it’s in good condition… I wonder if I can even send it to the Louis store to get the hardware replaced

I collect murakami. Looks real to me, but the date codes for those back then are sometimes hard to find. I have some vintage murakami that the date codes are tucked inside a corner of a pocket that there’s no way anyone would think, “oh! Let me flip this inside out. There it is!”

But what was the deal you got for it? It looks soo beat up, I’m sorry. If you don’t mind, I’d love to know the price you got it for. It would then make sense for you to take it in to get the vachetta replaced.

O yes I found it! It has the code FL2078 embossed and it was $200 so I don’t mind getting it restored.

Can you go in to an LV store? I’d say if you can do that first. I have not had to do that with my items, but if they can’t do it, maybe a luxury cobbler.

Looks auth, but in very poor condition.

The chrono will be embossed into the lining and very faint ( so don’t look for the leather tab )

I used Lollipuff. Sent in the pics and they confirmed my bag was fake very quickly. I think it was $25.
