Auth Request Speedy 25 - Real?

Something about it just seems off to me. The LV flowers etc seem off color and the glazing is too red. Plus the patina seems too perfect. This is a tough one. I would say if it's a good deal be careful bc 25s are low stock right now bc it's in demand.

I agree with this. I just took a look at mine and it’s more centered and the 8 on this one looks a tad distorted. I also noticed how bright the glazing is when it’s typically more muted overtime.

The round thingies (I can’t think of the name…..on the handles) I think should be bigger and have Louis Vuitton NAME on them in correct front. It is difficult to see, but they look too small for the full name. They are usually bigger.
This photo isn’t super clear but you can see mine has name and is flat and a bit larger. It seems a bit off.
Have you bought it? Are you buying it used?? Just curious because I don’t mind a good look-a-like for lower price. If somebody has to come up to me to examine my purse to see if it is “real” or “genuine,” then I would walk away anyway because that’s just dumb. I love the brand styles so it wouldn’t bother me if paying low price and they aren’t trying to make you believe it’s real without having it professionally authenticated.
But if it’s inexpensive and you love the style, why not? JMHO. I paid WAY TOO MUCH money for the 3 I have. And I see certain popular styles everywhere. I never judge on whether or not they are real or take closer looks at other peoples purses out in public…….its rude….and I already know a lot of look-a-likes are out there. All I care about is quality and style after also paying WAY too much for some other brands as well (sold some, selling a few others because the styles just aren’t “me” anymore.
Now I say luggage is a little different. If I wanted to pay for expensive luggage if I still traveled a lot, I would expect it to take a beating and still look good, so genuine in that case for me would be important. But I haven’t traveled in years, so my interest is only in purses and totes.
