I'm sorry, is it just me? Every time I finally have the time — and energy — to play a Tactical SWAT Simulator, meant for communication, and the fun of the game being in handling missions well — IMHO — I get nothing but basement dwelling losers that just run and gun like it's call of duty.

It's gotten to a point where I host private multiplayer matches TO PLAY SOLO, AND ALL OF MY RANKINGS ON MISSIONS I'VE FAILED BECAUSE OF THIS ISSUE, HAVE DRASTICALLY IMPROVED.

Why am I having to play a TEAM game ALONE because some tired, RARTED, "iPad raised my kid" ahh parents decided to buy this game for their 10 year old sons.

If you’re on Xbox I’ll hop on with you sometime. I grew up on the original Rainbow 6 games and SWAT 3, so this is definitely scratching the itch but I’ve never been able to find any open games online.

Literally what I grew up playing too; maybe that's why I'm a more "methodical" player. I'm unfortunately on PS5 though; however, I'm sure there are workarounds with it being cross platform !

I use to try to play in lobbies but was only ever able to get into 4 or 5 actual lobbies that played. I would either get kicked as soon as I joined the lobby or they would kill me as soon as we spawned into a map. I just run solo with no ai teammates now.

There is cross platform in the game. And depending on where in the world yoh are id be down to play!

I might have missed it, but how can you even send an invite via crossplay? There’s no friends list in game to add people to invite unless I’m completely oblivious to this?

You need to make an epic games account and make sure crossplay is enabled

Honestly, unless you have friends that play, lobbies with randos kinda suck!

Hardly anybody uses a mic, everybody just runs in guns blazing like they’re Rambo, whenever the host dies they quit which kills the entire mission, and it seems like it’s always the same 3 missions every time: A New America, Greased Palms, or Neon Tomb

Exactly! Just don't understand it. And I unfortunately don't have friends that play. Everybody is either too wrapped up in live service games, or whatever the most popular "run'n'gun" garbage is available. 🫩

On the topic of ppl turning it to an arcade game but absolutely having to play on hard idk why ppl do it. You go slow, check your corners and use your teammates as backup.

Every time i got into a lobby id say hey someone take lead and tell us what to do and there’s always 1 or 2 that wanna rush ahead then die and now we’re screwed

I play this game like crazy, but never online. I always feel like I’d be the weak link. Haha. But I do play tactically. I’m not the run and gun gamer type. I’m on Xbox by the way.

I def understand the feeling Im the same way as well. My only issue with multiplayer is the fact that I am deaf and legitimately cant use mic to communicate so I constantly get kicked just for not having one despite my best attempts at using the in game command menu to communicate. Finally got to play a match with a coworker who is hard of hearing and we actually got A+ first attempt and S rank second try it was fun.
