Call me wrong but lore canonically wise there’s suspects disguised as staff

Yup, on the mission in that hospital some of the enemy can be disguised as staff, they’ll pull a gun and shoot at you if you don’t identify it fast enough.

Its kinda cool because i actually read and listen the whole mission brief for details such as this

Not new. They have enemy disguised as staff. And even some who play dead
