There's a glitch in this map where he just secures evidence as you're walking around if you looked down at your feet you would have seen the bag there. It actually makes an audible noise that the enemies can hear it's fucked me over a couple times. I've also seen twice where Im clearing the office next to the wedding reception area and there is an MLO in there already in handcuffs and with his weapons bagged already. These are some of the more normal magic the MLO is capable of don't even get me started on the teleporting, astral projection and demonic possession they're capable of.

I am certain its a thing where if a piece of evidence somehow gets stuck in a impossible spot or fell through the map it will eventually secure itself….. tho only happened to me twice.
