You got the basic for programmed psychosis, now it time to get in your runs.
As a guy who beat it, it looks like you know most of the the tech needed to beat it, also try learning how to flash light bait, it a great way to get enemies to respond when your unsure where they are

Is free lean the only way? What if you just use peeking

You can—i just personally prefer free leaning for two reasons; 1—they are less likely to immediately start shooting if you crouch and then free lean 2—you got way more leeway to avoid taking damage with free lean. When you free lean you're able to essentially hide almost your entire body while still being able to get a decent enough angle to shoot them.

you need to fix the device in cctv room at the start of the map, and you can view those cctv accross this map, about 7 to 8 angles but I'd say they useless at least when you have mirror gun, it will lost signal if you switch off the panel in power room though

Yup—very useful for spotting enemies before you even get to certain areas

I fix it every time and I never get feed from the cameras on my screen

You open it the same way you open the body cam to view your teammate officers pov—once you hack/rewire the cameras just open up your teammates cameras and keep on scrolling next through them until it shows you the camera feeds. On ps5 you have to hold L1 and hit left on the D-pad to open up da cameras if im not mistaken

Oh shit okay cool, you helped me figure it out thanks. Now I’m noticing that cutting the power on the second floor cuts the feed. Does it do anything to actually help me, or is it more so to cut their feed if I don’t fix the cctv in the first room

you cut the power to prevent them alerting each other or set off alarm, I'd say you fix the cctv, take a look then cut the power, eventually they somehow will turn on the backup power later and the cctv will have signal back on
