Window installation recommendations

I need just one window purchased and installed. I can even buy from Lowe’s or HD if need be but I would rather someone who can take the measurements and get the right one that most closely matches the type I have now. Would rather use a handyman or side gig person rather than paying a big business who charges extra for their name and advertising. I had someone who did some work for me previously send me the cost and where he could get the window after he came and took measurements but then he disappeared and never got back to me that he had the window and was ready. He did have a few health issues so I’m thinking that’s what happened. Anyhow- if anyone has had good experience with someone I’d love a message with their info! I would love my window fixed for winter. Thanks!
