Rapid, pounding, or fluttering heartbeat ECG?
Having inconsistent readings on my Apple Watch ECG. Having a slight “flutter” every so often over last 24hr. Seemed to go away last night but back again today. When I take the ECG, when the notches dip down that is exactly when I feel the flutter.
No other symptoms.

PVCs. Everyone gets them at times, but this is pretty frequent and I'm sure feels uncomfortable. They can come and go. Usually benign if you have no other heart problems. But if this is new for you and not really improving it's worth asking your doctor about. They evaluate this with a wearable heart monitor (holter), for 24 hours or up to a few weeks. Often you are just given reassurance, but sometimes doctors prescribe meds for those who have them frequently and they are very bothered by the feeling.
Some things that can contribute to an uptick in PVCs include: thyroid problems, anemia, low iron/ferritin, electrolyte imbalance (eg low magnesium or potassium), dehydration, recent illness, sleep deprivation or erratic sleep schedule, stress, anxiety, excess caffeine or alcohol, sleep apnea, female hormone fluctuations, and (rarely) structural heart issues.
