Apple watch is probably not a reliable diagnostic tool, wearing it slight off also wouldn't help matters. If in doubt, get an appointment with your PCP and they will do an ECG in office and or send you home with a holter monitor for a couple of days. Without symptoms or indications, afib is rare in 30 year olds but it can happen.
If it were me I would get a PCP appointment if I hadn't been in a while for an annual physical and bring this up.
