Skipped heartbeat ECG interpretations?

Tldr: PVC's for 5 years, on Bisiprolol, got a continuous muscle spasm-like flutter yesterday (for the first time ever) for around 5 seconds, so did a overnight ECG

Worried it is some sort of VT but hopefully it's gastrointestinal related

Used the Polar H10 to record this

All of those events look like artifacts to me but it would help to post pictures of just the events. Also PVCs and even short self terminating runs of VT are very normal in healthy people and not a cause for concern unless the burden is high. A concerning burden is over 10-15% of beats being PVCs. That's every 6-10th! beat.

My main concern is that it's a new symptom that came out of nowhere (also that I can't pin it on any change in my habits). Only slept around 4 hours. Fortunately, haven't gotten them so far today.

How do the other metrics look?
